Project Quotations

Our project quotations are presented in a professional format.  For each project you would like to receive quotations for, we provide the following information:

• A description of the project work
• Detailed list of activities that will be performed for the project
• Any assumptions of the project based on our conversation with you
• A proposed fee for services, estimate for materials, and any applicable discounts given

Material Estimates Provided

Materials estimates will be provided to you based on the project requirements and our

experience with the type of project you are requesting.  These are estimated costs and

actual costs may be lower or higher than the provided estimate.  We provide a materials

estimate so that you can have a realistic idea of the total project costs for your budgeting

purposes. 

If there are project changes during the course of the project, material costs may be more

than the estimates provided in this quotation.  We work with our customers closely and advise

them of any changes.  All changes must be agreed upon before work is to be completed. 

Please note that HomeServe Corps does not mark-up for material costs, what we pay for

materials is what you will pay.  A separate invoice for materials will be presented to you at

the end of each project.  The materials invoice can be paid with the remaining balance of

the project fee.    

Any associated pick-up fees for large project items will be quotated separately.
